Small Changes and Bugfixes:

Fixed Tower Wiki price scaling,
Fixed Tower wiki Bumper image
Fixed Bumper Upgrade Visual metrics
Fixed Bumper being possible to place on trees and crates
Changed the ROO (Random occuring Objects) on Splitzkrieg and Added some to Loopland

Not a lot but morale right now is lower than ever so i have no motivation to work on this. So updates are going to come out slower
