Update 0.3.5 Adds some small changes and Bugfixes. Its quiet before the storm!

- Balance Changes:
The only balace change this time around is nerfing the Interest % from 5% to 3%. This could become extremely broken with good tactics around it. Made the normal mode too easy. But i added a UF upgrade that lets you get that sweet 2% back


- New UF Upgrades:

Wave Skip Ratio Upgrade that changes the total hp of a wave required to skip a wave from 30% to 70%
Interest Rate Up changes the % of gold you gain at the end of a round depending on how much you had from 3% to the old 5%

- Bugfixes:
- Fixed Tower Upgrade from not floating to the left or right depending on the location of the tower
- Fixed Shop not disappearing sometimes in Build mode

Afterthoughts:

Next update is going to be huge. I plan on adding a new tower, reworking Sniper Route of normal tower and making a rocket more unique than just having AoE damage. Im going to reactivate Hard mode again, with changes to enemy units. I have made some enemy sprites, although they may be a bit uglier, but the tanks will no longer only differ by Color.

With all of this said, I will need slightly more time to push an update this time around, so it's probably going to be around a week or 2 before the next update.

Also a small apology for the bugs not being initially fixed, and instead having to rely on hotfixes on most basic ones, but the testing is also done by me and with all the changes i make in the code (I change and update the code on daily basis to not be ugly or bad) i sometimes cant remember all the things i change, and testing every single aspect of the game for 3 changes is time consuming.

- TLDR on next Update:
- Reactivate hard mode
- New Enemy Sprites
- New Enemies overall
- New Tower
- Rework of some of the Units
