Bumpers nerfed a lot due to abuse of my precious favourite tower... Also a major Bugfix

Changes:

Bumpers:

• Base Cost: 100 -> 50
• Base Dmg: 5 -> 0
• Current Health Damage: 1% -> 0.5%
• Path 1: No % damage till last upgrade but flat damage buffed
• Path 2: Nerfed % damage till upgrade 3 and 4, then buffed a lot
• Bumpers now stack slow and affects enemies only once

Fixed speed up button, Game no longer pauses when pressing
